ENTRY FORM
Entries and Fees:  All entries must be post marked by closing date.  Entries will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis and processed in the order received.  Correct fees in full, association numbers and all signatures must accompany all entries.

Coggins - A negative coggins with the name matching the horses name on the entry and name on Horse's USDF/USEF Membership or HID is required.
 
Late entries may be accepted if space allows with a $25.00 per class fee.

Change fee:  Entries changed after closing date will be accepted if space allows, with a $15 per class fee.

Stall fee:  $95, including a $20 refundable stall cleaning fee.  Please write separate check for stall deposit and it will be returned to you when you strip your stall.  Stabling is in 10 x 10 vinyl stalls in the indoor or in shed rows with gates.  Permanent 12x12 (two 10x12) stalls in the main barns are available on a limited basis $120.00  including refundable stall cleaning fee.  Stallions and 1st received correct entry given priority.

Tack stalls:  $75.00, Main barn if available, $100.00

Trailer in charges:  $25
per horse/per day

Office fee:  $25
per horse rider combination

USEF Horse fee:  $15
($8 USEF fee/ $7 drug testing fee)

Shavings: 
All horse stabled in the indoor MUST have a minimum of two bags of shavings to protect the arena footing!  Bagged shavings will be delivered to your stall for $7 per bag in advance, $8 at the show.

Group stabling:  Please use ONE NAME on "name of group" on all entries to request stabling together!

Credit Cards:  You may pay by Credit card via paypal, please list your email address clearly and I will send a request for payment.  A 3% surcharge will be added to all credit card payments.

Show packets
will not be released to you and you will not be allowed to compete unless all documentation is complete.  Entries will not be accepted unless accompanied by full payment of all fees and the entry form is properly executed and signed.  Correct and complete entries are greatly appreciated!

Gracie's Place is our food vendor and is available on the grounds for breakfast, lunch and snacks.

Arenas/Footing:  20m x 60m sand competition arenas with PVC rings.  Two large sand warm up arenas.  Lunging is available in the jump ring only.

Awards:  Ribbons 1st - 6th place for Junior, Adult Amateur and Open for each level.  Champion and Reserve Champion for Junior, Adult Amateur and Open for each level.  Intro, FEI and Freestlye classes have combined divisions for Championships.

Camping:  Is allowed, NO Camper hook ups.

All dogs must be on a leash attached to a responsible adult.

Area hotels:  Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Comfort Inn, all at the Okemos exit off of I-96.
The Williamston Inn is west of downtown Williamston on Grand River Ave.
